BAQLAWA - paper thin Filo, Pistachio
TEWLIHEW - Baqlawa, Hejira, that very pistachio, cream and balsamic sauce
AVA REZI - soft drinks from healthy nuts
not a technical term for sweets as Kurdish crapus the wildus animalon (I think it's Latin)
ReplyDeleteYes, I want to buy sweets Kurds. They are very similar to the Turks ... at least some of them and very delicious. Try baklava (my favorite) and lokum ... if in your area. I had the opportunity to the dwelling of a friend married to an Iraqi-Kurdish woman taste.
ReplyDeleteThey gave me some candy, a Kurdish friend, homemade, and they were delicious - rich, like chocolate, big but not too sweet. We had the most delicious pieces of data on the inside, but all were more-ish. I would certainly buy them - why not?
